How to make a casserole of cheese
Among the dishes of cottage cheese, casserole, one of the fastest and easiest. Properly cooked, it will be appreciated by even those who don't like cheese. Cottage cheese casserole is a great healthy dessert, but not only – it also can be quite independent dinner or Breakfast.
You will need
- Egg – 1 piece;

- butter – 2 tbsp;
- sour cream – 3 tbsp;
- light raisins – 100 g;
- semolina – 2 tbsp;
- vanilla sugar – 1 packet;
Instruction

Soak the raisins in warm water for at least an hour before cooking.

Note
