You will need
    • Goose cleaned
    • fresh;
    • potatoes;
    • salt
    • pepper;
    • honey;
    • a thick thread;
    • skewer.

Thoroughly rinse the goose with cold water. RUB it with pepper and salt the whole thing and leave for a couple of hours to marinate.
