Instruction
1
Select the best time for learning new information. For most people it's a period of from eight to ten in the morning, and from eight to eleven in the evening. Depending on your mode of the day, peaks of activity can move. After observing yourself, you would find the time to teach you the easiest.
2
Often students are unable to remember the material, because it is not able to focus on it. In the absence of iron willpower, you'd better find a room where nothing will distract you from the textbook, and ask family members not to disturb you until you're finished. Remove from the desktop fiction books, CDs, Souvenirs – all the things that your brain may find it more interesting than the preparation for the lesson.
3
Split the material into several parts. It is difficult to "cram" himself over time a huge amount of new information. If you will take small breaks after learning of the individual chapters, it will go much faster.
4
Arbitrary memorization is divided into: mechanical rote learning and logical understanding of the material. If after reading the chapters you feel that you do not understand, try to explain the information to someone (friend, dog, plush toy). Explaining stuff to an ignorant person, you will choose the most lightweight formulation. All you seemed complicated will become easy to understand.
5
Identify the "storage time" memorized material. Material, you memorize just to pass the exam, you will be forgotten in a few days. If you realize that this knowledge is needed you in the future, lessons will continue for years to come.
6
Repetition is the mother of learning. After you memorized all the material, skim it and try again in forty minutes. Then read again the topic the next day. Now you can be sure that this knowledge will stay with you for a long time.
