To issue a passport in Vologda, you must provide the documents and the application to the local UFMS. To decide on the time will help you schedule your office, which you can see on the website http://ufms35.ru.

Decide which passport you want to draw. To date, there are two options: the passport of the old sample with a validity of 5 years and a passport of the new sample ("biometric", the validity of 10 years). These passports are not only validity, but also the size of registration fee: 1000 and 2500 rubles, respectively.

In the case of registration of passports of the old sample, prepare the following documents: application (2 copies), receipt about payment of state duty, 3 photos for the passportand (2 when applying for a passport for minors), photocopies of pages of the Russian passport and labor book certified by the seal of the workplace.

For passports of the new sample will require the identical documents. Differs only in the application form and the fee. Also be ready to take a picture when applying. It is the photo taken by the UFMS will be in your new passport.

Application form download from the official portal and fill in using the computer. In exceptional cases you will receive it in a special box in the office of the Federal migration service. You can apply for registration of the passport, and through the Unified portal of public services: http://www.gosuslugi.ru/ru/. For registration you will need to enter an INN and the insurance certificate (SNILS).

Log in to "my account" on website, select "E-services". In the list of government departments click on "Federal migration service". Select the service depending on your needs. Fill out the application.
