Take the application form for vehicle registration in the traffic police Department. Start to fill the statement, indicating the name of the traffic police unit in which you register the vehicle. The name of the unit you will find on the information Board. Write in the corresponding line, that ask to register the vehicle. Complete the section of the statement "Information about the owner of the vehicle." In this section of the application write your surname, name and patronymic, passport details and registration address.

Complete the section of the statement "Information about the vehicle" on the basis of the passport of the vehicle. In the row "number" specify the transit number. Row data "Identification number (VIN) is" complete on the basis of line 1 of the passport of the t/C. the Line "Brand, model", "Organization-manufacturer","Model number" is complete on the basis of the information specified in the passport of the vehicle. In the line statement, "the chassis Number" write "no Number" if it is written in the passport.

Enter in the information on the vehicle data number and body color, power and engine capacity permitted weight and the unladen mass on the basis of the passport of the vehicle. State the number and date of issuance of the passport in the appropriate row of the application. Room way at the top of the passport, passport issue date indicated at the bottom of the document. Complete the reverse side of the application (not completely, but only the line "the State registration sign" "Identification number (VIN)", "Brand, model", "Organization-manufacturer","Category", "Year", "Model number engine","chassis Number" and "Color"). The rest is filled by the police.

Carefully check your completed application and check all the filled data rows of your passport and the passport of the vehicle. If you make a mistake, rewrite the statement again, in order to avoid misunderstandings. Give the completed application to the inspector of traffic police, attach the necessary documents.
