Ingredients:
- Chicken liver - 300 g;
- Any pasta - 1 pack;
- Red bell pepper - 1 piece;
- Red onions - 1 head;
- Vegetable oil;
- Red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp;
- Dry red wine - 1 tbsp.;
- Cranberries - 50 g;
- Blueberries - 50 g;
- The broth from the liver - 50 g;
- Black pepper, salt.
Preparation:
- Chicken livers and remove any veins, cut into medium-sized pieces and put in a container. Sweet pepper wash, peel from the seeds, cut into dice. Onion peel and also cut into cubes.
