You will need
- long-grain rice (200 g);
- green peas (150 g);
- corn (150 g);
- red sweet pepper (1 piece);
- green or yellow sweet pepper (1 piece);
- salt;
- ham (250 g);
- egg (2 pieces);
- mayonnaise

Put on fire a pot of water. While it is boiling, thoroughly wash the rice under the tap in a colander or sieve. The water from the rice should drain completely transparent. Put the rice in a saucepan and pour boiling water above the level of rice on two fingers.

Boil the rice until ready in salted water. Drain in a colander, let drain. Leave in an open pan, so all the steam out and the rice a bit dried up and cold.

Put in deep casserole frozen green peas and corn. You can use these vegetables from cans. In the summer season ludite fresh pods of sugar peas.

Wash the peppers. Cut it in half and remove the inside. Again, rinse with cold water to remove all the seeds. Chop the pepper in small cubes and put in a saucepan the peas and corn.

Add to the vegetables half a Cup of hot water from the kettle. Close lid and cook 5 – 7 minutes. Dump the cooked rice to the vegetables, stir. Make a minimum heat and hold the mixture under the lid for another five minutes.

Colored Hawaiian side dish is ready, it can bring to the table, but you can, cool, to use for making salad.

Boil hard boiled eggs. Put them under the faucet with cold water, let cool and are easy to clean from the shell.

Cut the ham cubes, place in salad bowl. There also chop eggs, add cold rice and vegetable mixture. Season with mayonnaise. The salad is ready.
Note
If you need to cook the soup, pour in boiling water or broth vegetables with rice, add sliced sausage and processed cheese. Boil. Pour fresh greens and cover. The soup is ready.
Useful advice
Cooked own Hawaiian blend or purchase freeze can be used as filling for the pie. On the rolled out layer of dough put the vegetable mixture with the rice, sprinkle with grated hard cheese or lay the slices of cheese. Cover with the second layer of dough and bake in the oven.
