- Vinegar and water.
Instruction
1
Pour a quarter Cup of warm water. Water at room temperature is not suitable, as the person will experience discomfort from rubbing. Too cold water can cause spasms of the vessels, which will only worsen the patient's condition. The water temperature 37-38 degrees is optimal.
2
Add in a glass of water vinegar 9%. The proportion of vinegar and water should be approximately 1:1.

For best effect in the glass you can add a couple of tablespoons of vodka. It will contribute to more intense evaporation from the body of the patient, therefore, the effect of friction will be higher. Thoroughly mix the resulting solution.
4
Remove almost all clothing. Start with rubbing of the palms and feet. Liberally wipe the places where large blood vessels: behind the knees, in the armpits and on the neck. Take cover easy sheets, don't dress. Gradually the liquid will evaporate and the temperature to decrease.

Make a compress on the forehead. This concentration of vinegar in water should be lower. It would only take one tablespoon in a glass of water.
Note
Rubbing is contraindicated if at high body temperature the patient has a pathological pallor. This may be a sign of vasospasm, which is from the friction will only grow worse.
