How to apply for a land plot under an apartment house

According to the Land and the Housing code of the Russian Federation, all land plots under the apartment buildings and around them, can be arranged in the joint property of the citizens residing in the apartments of the house. For registration you will need to collect a number of documents and to contact PPRC.

• - copy of the cadastral plan of the land settlements;

Instruction
