Dispose of unwanted inscription, cloning the pixels from the closest portions of the photo and increasing them to the place where it is located. To do this, select the tool "Clone/Stamp" on the toolbar (or just press S).

In the settings of tool "Stamp", which are located under the main menu, select the options you want: size, pressure, hardness, and opacity. In the course of work you may want to adjust these settings.

Go to the nearest police station to the label, hold down the Alt key and click on this place. After you cloned the site, select the object (transparent lettering) and click on it. Similarly treat the remaining part of the inscription.

The more you define the scope of cloning, the better the result will be. Try to keep the area of cloning is looked in place of the inscription. To do this, consider the shades of color, shadows/light, and other nuances.

In addition, you can use the eyedropper tool, which you can use to change the color of the desired area of the image. Select it on the toolbar or press I. Then click the color field next to the object (the inscriptionYu).

Select the Brush tool by pressing B or on the toolbar, and then set the necessary parameters (size, hardness, pressure, opacity).

Paint the part of the inscription next to the selected area. Of necessity, it is possible to periodically change the color of the eyedropper and the brush settings.
