The origins of perfectionism always in the sense of inferiority, which was formed by the environment and situations throughout his previous life. Most often originates in childhood. Usually this happens if the parent is healthy cheer and good teachings developed in the child of his endless criticism of the loser complex.

A man can't give a real assessment of their capabilities and is constantly striving to fit themselves and all their results under an ideal framework, which he himself invented. In most cases, the results are bleak, existing complexes are progressing in development, there is a growing lack of faith in yourself and your strength.

Fear of inconsistency leads accepted a new position in life is inaction. "Than to do bad – you better not do at all." But can it be a way out of this situation?
