  1. First will wash the legs. Sent and fresh and smoked chicken in a pot, pour the chilled water and set on fire. Cook the meat over moderate heat for half an hour.
  2. Wash the pearl barley. Put in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to infuse for about 30 minutes, later drain all the liquid.
