Ingredients:
- 250 g fillet of Turkey;
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (Teriyaki);
- spices for barbecue;
- 1/4 bunch lettuce (preferably iceberg varieties);
- 1 cucumber;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 20 g Parmesan cheese;
- 4 slice bacon;
- 140 g natural yoghurt;
- 1/3 bunch of dill;
- salt.
Preparation:
- A breast of Turkey rubbed with spices and salt, put in any container for food products, pour the teriyaki sauce and leave to marinate at least 30 minutes.
- Garlic wash, clean and skip through the frog.
- Dill wash, dry and finely chop with a knife.
- Put yogurt in a bowl, to it add garlic and dill, mix everything until smooth and some time to set aside. Ready weight serve as a salad dressing.
