Ingredients:

  • 250 g fillet of Turkey;
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (Teriyaki);
  • spices for barbecue;
  • 1/4 bunch lettuce (preferably iceberg varieties);
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese;
  • 4 slice bacon;
  • 140 g natural yoghurt;
  • 1/3 bunch of dill;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  1. A breast of Turkey rubbed with spices and salt, put in any container for food products, pour the teriyaki sauce and leave to marinate at least 30 minutes.
  2. Garlic wash, clean and skip through the frog.
  3. Dill wash, dry and finely chop with a knife.
  4. Put yogurt in a bowl, to it add garlic and dill, mix everything until smooth and some time to set aside. Ready weight serve as a salad dressing.
