How to unpack repack

Repack is the image or the installer of the game that were changed. As a rule, implemented video compression, repacking files, removing the "extra" materials, etc. This leads to the fact that the obtained image has a substantially smaller size compared to the original.

Instruction

Repack can be performed in two forms: an installer or disk image. In the first case, simply run the file by double-clicking on it. Then the process will happen automatically. Typically you will extract the compressed files to install the game on the hard disk of the computer, and then starts the installer. Specify the disk space, if necessary, set other parameters and click the appropriate button to continue. Wait until the end of the process.

In the second case, you will need one of the programs to work with disk images. The most popular are:
– Daemon Tools Lite (http://www.daemon-tools.cc);
– Alcohol 120% (http://www.alcohol-soft.com);
– Ultra ISO (http://www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso/).

Start the app Daemon Tools Lite. Click on the toolbar button "Add DT virtual drive" or "Add SCSI virtual drive". They are marked with the appropriate icons with captions.

Then click on the button "Add image" (first on the toolbar) and in Explorer locate the desired image file and double click on it. Also add the image in the program window simply by dragging the file in the "image Catalog".

Then right click the mouse on the attached image, move the cursor to the item "Mount" and select the created virtual drive. You can also just drag the image from the list on the icon of the virtual drive in the program interface.

If the image does not start automatically, double-click on the virtual drive, open "My computer". Click in charge of the installation. Specify the location on your hard drive and click the appropriate button to continue. Wait until the end of the process.
