Mushrooms are the most pure mushrooms. They are easy to cook, they do not require rigorous pre-treatment. Pickled mushrooms is a welcome dish at any table. And their preparation does not require much effort. To prepare delicious home-cooked the mushrooms in the marinade, you will need the following products:
- Mushrooms — 500 g
- Vegetable oil — 130 ml
- Vinegar (table 9%) — 60 ml
- Garlic — 3-4 cloves
- Granulated sugar — 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper (peas) — peas 15
- Bay leaf — 3-4 PCs.
- Salt — 1 teaspoon
Mushrooms for marinating is better to choose small, neat, medium size. If the mushrooms are large - it is better to cut them into 4 parts. Before cooking, wash them in cold running water.
To prepare the marinade will need a saucepan (preferably enameled). It should pour out the vinegar, vegetable oil, pepper, salt, sugar and Bay leaf. All this stir.
In the prepared pickle mixture pour the mushrooms, crush the garlic, add to pan, stir again. Do not add water, as mushrooms when heated will emit the liquid (juice) should be enough.
Next, put the pan on small fire, stirring constantly. After the mushrooms boiled, cook for another 5 minutes under the lid.
