Ingredients:
- 0.3 kg small white beans;
- 0.6 kg of smoked pork (preferably with small streaks of fat);
- 1 tbsp starch;
- 2 tbsp tomato paste;
- 2 tbsp olive oil;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 bulbs;
- 2 Bay leaf;
- 10 peas of black pepper;
- 1 tsp of dried thyme;
- 1 tsp dried dill;
- ¼ Tsp. ground white pepper;
- salt to taste.
Preparation:
- Beans pour into a deep plate, a good rinse, cover with cold water and leave to swell one night.
