Of carp it is possible to prepare a large number of various dishes such as fry, pickle, make jelly or bake in the oven. It baked carp has a delicate taste and pleasant aroma.

Carp baked in the oven

For this dish you will need:

- 1 kg of silver carp;

- lemon — 1 PC.;

- onion — 1 PC.;

- carrots — 1 PC.;

- garlic — 2-3 cloves;

- parsley — 1 bunch;

- salt, pepper — to taste and desire;

5 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

- vegetable oil (for frying).

Clean the carp from scales, gut the fish and then rinse thoroughly. Next, RUB the carp with a mixture of salt and black pepper. You can also use any spices to your taste, designed for fish.

Onion peel and slice. Carrots should be washed, peel and grate on a fine grater. Parsley rinse under running water, then finely chop. All the ingredients (onion, carrot, parsley) place in a deep container and add the mayonnaise, then season with salt and pepper. The sauce meant for stuffing carp, ready. Also peel the garlic and crush finely, then sprinkle over the fish.

Protiven grease with vegetable oil in order to fish in the future, not stuck and not burnt. Instead of vegetable oil you can use olive oil. On a baking tray place the fish and send in the oven, preheated to 180°C, for 30 minutes.

After 20 minutes remove the pan from the oven and make small incisions on the silver carp, which you want to insert the lemon slices. Next, put the pan back into the oven and bake to a state of complete readiness.

Carp baked in the oven, all ready, it can be served with any side dish: mashed potatoes, pasta or vegetables. When serving fish to the table don't forget to decorate it with sprigs of parsley or dill.
