Of salted salmon you can prepare delicious sandwiches, salads or just with herbs. You first need to properly prepare the salmon for brining. To do this, rinse the fish under running water, remove the head and fins, clean off the scales, then remove the bones and spine. You can also remove the fish skin.

One of the easiest and fastest ways of salting salmon at home is dry Ambassador. You will need:

- 1 kg of salmon;

- 100 g of salt;

- 1 tbsp of sugar;

- 5-6 tbsp of sunflower oil.

For salting it is best to use an enamel or glass container, the bottom of which you will have to pour sunflower oil.

Connect the sugar and salt, stir. If desired, you can add any spices for fish to your taste. The resulting mixture RUB the slices of salmon. Into a container gently place the fish on top, pour sunflower oil.

A container of fish cover and leave for 2-3 hours, then move to the fridge for a day. After the specified time, salmon, salted the pieces in the home, fully finished.

Ambassador salmon pieces in brine

You will need:

- 1 kg of salmon;

- 100 g of salt;

- 50 g of sugar;

- 1 tbsp of vinegar (9%).

In a saucepan, pour water, add salt and vinegar, then boil the mixture. The resulting solution cool to room temperature and pour over salmon. Soak fish in brine for 1-2 hours, and then send it in the fridge for 2 days.

After the specified time, drain the brine, the salmon put on a plate, garnish with dill, green onion and salad, also sprinkle a small amount of olive oil. Salmon cured slices, ready and can bring to the table.
