How to cook salad with chanterelles

You will need:

- 500 g chanterelles;

- two ripe tomato;

- one onion;

- two eggs;

- 100 g of sour cream (fat to taste);

- a bunch of parsley and dill;


The first thing you need to chanterelles boil in salted water. To do this, fill a pot with a liter of clean water, bring it to a boil and add mushrooms. Cook for 30-40 minutes.

You will need:

- 500 g of potatoes;

- 500 g fresh chanterelles;

- 300 g chicken fillet;

- one onion;

- one carrot;

- 100 g of sour cream;

- salt and pepper (to taste).

Potatoes, onions, carrots cleaned, washed. Onions and carrots cut into thin sticks, potato wedges.

Chanterelles boil in salted water until tender (once the mushrooms begin to settle to the bottom of the pan, then have ready). Drain in a colander and let it drain, then chop them.

Chicken fillet wash, cut into cubes.

The next step - roasting all the ingredients. This requires a pan put on fire, pour oil and fry the ingredients in the following order: chanterelles, fillet, onions, carrots, not forgetting to add salt.

Once all the ingredients are fried (except potatoes), they need to mix, add sour cream, salt, pepper (if needed) and simmer until cooked all the components.
