You will need
    • For the first recipe:
    • drumstick Turkey - 600 g;
    • salt - to taste;
    • Basil - to taste;
    • oregano - to taste;
    • red pepper - to taste;
    • mustard - 30 g;
    • potatoes - 500 gr.
    • For the second recipe:
    • drumstick Turkey - 4 PCs;
    • salt - to taste;
    • pepper - to taste;
    • garlic - 4 cloves;
    • rosemary - 1 tsp.;
    • thyme - 1 tsp.;
    • olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
    • lemon juice - 30 gr.
    • For the third recipe:
    • drumstick Turkey - 4 PCs;
    • chopped garlic - 3 tbsp. spoons;
    • dry white wine - 500 g;
    • black pepper peas - 4 PCs;
    • adjika - 1 tbsp. spoon;
    • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. spoon;
    • salt - 1 pinch;
    • pepper - 1 pinch.
Bake the drumstick of a Turkey in foil. For this, 600 grams of meat wash and dry with paper napkins. RUB the drumsticks with salt, Basil, crushed red pepper and oregano to taste, cover the 30 grams of mustard. Cut a piece of foil of such size that it could easily fit a Turkey with all the trimmings.
Peel and wash 500 grams small potato tubers, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and then place on a foil sheet along with the legs of the Turkey. Wrap the edges of the foil and place the dish in the oven on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes, then open foil, increase the temperature to 220оС and cook for about 10 minutes.
For cooking Turkey with a crispy crust, use 4 drumsticks, rinse in cold water, dry it with a towel and season with salt and pepper to taste. In a small bowl, mash 4 garlic cloves with 1 teaspoon of the rosemary, the same amount of thyme, and pour in 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
With the mixture RUB the drumsticks, sprinkle with 30 grams of lemon juice and leave to soak for a few hours. Preheat the oven to 200oC, put the Turkey along with the marinade in an ovenproof form and bake until ready.
Cook the Turkey in a spicy marinade. For this, washed and drained 4 legs make a puncture with a knife. Grate 3 tablespoons of minced garlic so that it fills the holes. Heat 500 grams of dry white wine, add 4 pea black pepper, 1 tablespoon adzhika and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir in a pinch of salt and pepper.
In the cooled wine mixture, place the drumsticks and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours. Preheat the oven to 220оС, put the Turkey into the form and bake 30 minutes then flip the drumsticks and cook for about half an hour.
