Walleye cheeks in pots
For cooking this dish should take a pottery, in which ingredients (2-3 potatoes, 150-200 g of sour cream, a little salt and 100 grams of butter) not just getting ready, and just slowly ripen.
Walleye cheeks (on the above products will need about 8-10 pieces) or purchase separately frozen or cut yourself. For this it is best to take medium or large fish as manipulation of small perch will take much time and the result will be negligible. Then the ingredient need to season with salt and pepper and place in the refrigerator for about 15-25 minutes to lightly marinated.
While cheeks are steep, you need to clean and cut the potatoes in small slices, and pre-prepared pots need to grease the inside with butter. The ingredients are laid out in it in the following order: first the potatoes need a little salt, then the fish, to shed on it the remaining oil and put a couple of tablespoons of sour cream.
Prepared walleye cheeks in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees Celsius, after which the dish is served with a garnish of fresh vegetables.
A more complex formulation of the previous dishes
The necessary ingredients – 6-8 walleye cheeks, a bit of chopped greens (parsley and celery), half of onions, bit of Bay leaf, peas of fragrant black pepper, 300-350 grams of fresh mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of crushed crackers, 1 tablespoon butter, same of flour, half lemon, 1 boiled egg, salt and sugar.
To prepare this dish is also better suited to clay pots. Cheeks need finely a little salt and let stand in refrigerator. Then the fish should be put into boiling water and cook it for 3-5 minutes, then cool and cut into small pieces.
