You will need
  • Braised red cabbage:
  • - 1.1 kg red cabbage;
  • - 2 bulbs;
  • - 2 sweet Apple;

  • - 500 g of cauliflower;
  • - 200 ml low-fat cream;
  • - 1 teaspoon butter;

  • - 3 kg cabbage;
  • - 2 large onions;

Braised red cabbage

This dish is a traditional English side dish for roast goose. But if you prefer vegetarian dishes, serve cabbage without meat, with fresh white or multi-grain bread. Remove the upper leaves from the cabbage, remove the stalk and finely shred the cabbage. Put it in a big ovenproof form. Apples peel and grate on a coarse grater, onion chop.
