You will need
  • Braised red cabbage:
  • - 1.1 kg red cabbage;

  • Cauliflower in cream:
  • - 500 g of cauliflower;
  • - 200 ml low-fat cream;
  • - 1 teaspoon butter;
  • Sol.
  • Braised cabbage with sausage:
  • - 3 kg cabbage;
  • - 2 large onions;
  • - 8 hunting sausages;
  • - vegetable oil for frying;
  • - 2 carrots;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - 1 large sweet pepper;
  • - a handful of olives, pitted;

  • - freshly ground black pepper;

Braised red cabbage

This dish is a traditional English side dish for roast goose. But if you prefer vegetarian dishes, serve cabbage without meat, with fresh white or multi-grain bread. Braised cabbage with sausage

The piquancy of this dish give the smoked sausages and tomatoes. It tastes best to eat this dish with rye bread. Sausage cut into slices and fry in a pan with hot oil until Golden brown.
