Soap solution
Simple, loose knots can be untangled with a soapy solution. Place the chain into the liquid, wait a few minutes, and then try to untie the knot right in the water.
Needle
To unravel the tight knot on a gold chain, you can try to gently stretch it out using a fine needle. But first there for some time to stretch the chain in his hands.
