Prepare documents confirming that the person, the contents of which are withheld for child support (minor child or incapacitated adult) resides with You.
This document often becomes an excerpt from the book. You can get it in the housing office or condominium residence. Rural residents this certificate is issued to a village Council.

If You're renting, prepare for the court a lease of premises entered into by You with the owner. Please note: the contract should specify that the minor or disabled whose contents collected child support, lives with You.

Request a salary certificate or a certificate on form W-2 from work, the citizen from which you want to collect child support. This can be done by contacting the accounting Department of the company where the Respondent works. Help you can pick up in person or receive by mail.

Prepare documents on disability. This must be done if alimony is recovered to the maintenance of the disabled adult citizen. This certificate can be obtained in the bodies of medical social examination.

Prepare a certificate of their income. This document is necessary if You plan to collect child support from grandparents, brother/sisters/children/adoptive parent. In this case, You need to provide the court with documents confirming that You need.

Make a lawsuit. It is necessary to specify
Name of the person, the contents of which are withheld for child support;
the date of birth of the person, the contents of which You submit a claim
the circumstances in which You go to court.

If a claim is made for payment of child support, then you need to specify
the details of the marriage certificate, date of issue and the name of the authority that issued the document (when available)
details of birth certificate of the child, the date of issue and name of issuing authority
the details of your divorce certificate (if available)

Also in the lawsuit need to specify the amount of alimony You demand from the defendant.

Pay the state fee in the amount of 100 RUB. Details of the judicial body which will consider the Claim to recover the items, you can ask the assistant referee or on the website of the judicial district.

Remove copies from all documents that You submit to the court. Remember that the lawsuit should be made in two copies.
