The final step will be the filling of the hash. Pour the cold water in a bowl with all chopped ingredients. Take the vinegar and gently add the water 1 tablespoon. Salt and ground black pepper adjust to taste. Then add mayonnaise, about 4 tablespoons. Optionally, you can add mayonnaise instead of sour cream.
