"Strawberry flip"

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 2 egg yolks from chicken eggs;
- 80 ml strawberry syrup;
- 20 ml lemon syrup;
- 200 ml of 2.5% milk;
20 ml 20% cream;
- 2 strawberries;

Whisk well the egg yolks with a mixer, blender or whisk, gradually adding strawberry and lemon syrups. Not stopping the beating, enter in the egg mixture, milk and cream. Put ice cubes in a tight pack and steal a rolling pin to make crumbs. Stir it into the cocktail and garnish with whole berries of strawberry.


Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 60 ml pomegranate syrup;
- 80 ml of orange or tangerine syrup;
- 500 ml of soda.

Put the bottle of soda in the fridge for 30-40 minutes. Mix syrup and pour equally into two tall glasses with a capacity of 300 ml.
Fill cocktails ice soda very slowly in a thin stream and insert straws.


Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 60 ml lychee syrup;
- 10 ml of grenadine syrup;
- 240 ml fresh orange juice;
- 20 ml lemon juice;
the ice - cubes.

Combine in a shaker orange and lemon juices with both syrups and shake several times to evenly mix the components. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the contents of the dish. Decorate the cocktails with umbrellas or other figures on skewers.

"Choose me"

Ingredients (for 1 serving):
10 ml ginger syrup;
- 20 ml watermelon syrup;
- 60 ml Apple juice;
- 30 g of puree peach and passion fruit;
a thin slice of ginger root;

Pour all liquid ingredients into a glass with ice, lower back exotic fruit puree, using a dessert spoon. Incise the slice of ginger and planted it on the edge portion of dishes. Shake the cocktail just before use.

"Tropical Blues"

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 60 ml syrup kiwi;
- 30 ml tangerine syrup;
- 30 ml lemon juice;
- 80 g butter ice cream;
- 440 ml sparkling water, flavored with lemon or lime;
slices of kiwi.

Let ice cream slightly thaw, then pour the syrup, lemon juice and whisk. Soda, on the contrary, much cool. Spread cream mixture on Irish glass, dissolve flavored water, stir and garnish with kiwi.


Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 300 ml of brewed or dissolved coffee;
- 300 ml of milk;
- 60 ml chocolate syrup;
- 4 tsp of sugar;
the ice - cubes.

Dissolve sugar in milk, boil it, cool completely and fill the glasses with ice. Pour the cold coffee and chocolate syrup.
