You will need
  • - pepper — to taste;
  • - salt — to taste;
  • - hard cheese — 100 g;
  • - sour cream — 100 ml;
  • - onions — 1 piece;
  • - egg — 2 PCs;
  • - potatoes — 7 PCs;
  • - fish fillets — 500 g

Peel the potatoes peeled, wash in running water and cut into thin slices. Too large a potato cut in half and then into circles. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. If possible, choose the potatoes, then dish will be much tastier.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put in it the potatoes. You can first cover the pan with foil and then apply butter and spread the potatoes.

Defrost fish fillet if it is frozen. Remove the meat from the large bones, put the meat evenly over potatoes.

Peel the onion peeled, wash and cut off the back. Then finely chop and evenly sprinkle the fish on top.

Grind in a separate bowl of medium size sour cream and eggs, add pepper, salt and selected spices. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. The resulting mixture pour over the casserole. Try to distribute the mixture evenly.

Preheat the oven to 200oC, grate cheese over fish and place the baking sheet inside. Bake for 40 minutes until fully cooked. Further fish casserole can cool slightly, cut into portions and serve in an individual dish together with cold milk, jelly, yogurt or tea.
