You will need

First well go through grits, separating the buckwheat from various impurities and spoiled grains.

Thoroughly rinse the groats in cold running water several times changing the water. Wash the buckwheat to clear water. Drain in a colander and let drain well.

Preheat a deep frying pan on slow heat vegetable oil. Put it in the buckwheat and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add to the pan 1.5 cups of boiling water, cover and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.

Preheat a clean, dry frying pan butter. Whisk eggs with a fork in a small bowl. Pour into a pan. Fry while stirring until tender.

Mix well the prepared buckwheat and eggs. Season with garlic powder and soy sauce to taste. If desired, add a little butter to the porridge. Lightly fry all together in the pan and serve. Bon appetit!

Clean the onions and finely chop with a knife well sharpened.

Preheat a dry pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onions on a slow fire, and add buckwheat. Mix well and fry porridge till crumbly state.

Note
Buckwheat is considered to be incredibly useful grains thanks to the content of minerals and trace elements like iron, magnesium, calcium, zinc, iodine, phosphorus, copper, etc. are also not present in b vitamins and vitamin P, fiber and folic acid. Buckwheat contains a record, compared with any other cereals, the amount of protein.
Useful advice
The porridge prepared as the first and second recipe is a wonderful dish on its own or a delicious, hearty side dish. It goes well with any kind of meat, mushrooms, fresh or pickled vegetables.
