You will need
  • - 500 g mushrooms (20 PCs.);
  • - puff pastry dough;
  • - 50 ml lime juice;
  • - 200 ml cream (35 %);
  • - 220 g of piquant cheese;
  • - Muscat;
  • pistachios;
  • - salt, pepper, white;
  • - 60 g olive oil;
  • - 1-2 tsp almonds (ground);
Clean the mushrooms and remove carefully the legs, they are still useful.
Make a marinade of olive oil (40 g), lime juice, salt and white pepper, gravy 1-2 tablespoons of water.
Pour the marinade on the mushroom caps and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
Roll in ground almonds puff pastry 2 layer 10*20 cm and cut out circles to the circle coincided with the mushroom caps. Lay the circles of dough onto the form, the laid parchment and bake in the oven.
Fry the mushrooms in the remaining olive oil, removing the marinade. Hats should remain elastic and tight. In parallel, heat in another pan the cream and melt their cheese, and season with nutmeg.
Stuff mushrooms and warm cheese filling, cover tightly with a circle of puff pastry, sprinkle cheese speaking chopped pistachios.
