Spicy recipe
The finished grilled vegetables had a spicy flavor, it is recommended to use this recipe. For the marinade you'll need:

Take 1 kg of any vegetables and cut into medium pieces. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil and leave for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and chilli. Fry these ingredients in the remaining oil for 5 minutes. Then add soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice and spices. Mix it all and bring to a boil. Pour the vegetables prepared marinade and leave for 3 hours in a cool place.
A classic recipe
Prepare vegetables in addition to the main following ingredients:
- olive oil – 40 ml;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- soy sauce – 4 tbsp;
- lemon – 1 PC.;
- tomato juice – 50 ml;
- Cayenne pepper – 1 PC.;
- onion – 1 PC.;
- salt – 2 tsp
- ground black pepper – 3 tsp
Cut into cubes or slices prepared with grill vegetables and place in a saucepan. Then chop peppers and garlic. Fry them on slow heat for 5-7 minutes, adding the pre to a pan with olive oil.
