To Pattaya can easily be reached in 2 hours by mini bus (Shuttle bus) from Bangkok airport. The first feature of the country is faced by most tourists and travelers is humid hot climate. You should think about whether you have any disease that may be exacerbated in such a climate.

You come to Pattaya, have chosen a suitable area to stay, hotels, what to do now? Where can I go? First, you came to the sea, so the first thing to visit is the beach. Beach area at this resort stretches along the entire city and is divided into Northern part ( the Naklua road, Wongamat), the Central part ( the mini-town Jomtien) and South.
Beach in Pattaya is not too clean, at the same time, as the experience of tourists, the clean beach area is located in the North of the city. On Pattaya beach you will often be approached Thais to sell some Souvenirs, cosmetic products and various Goodies. Treat them with a smile!
If you want to see clear water, it is safe to head to the nearby island of Koh LARN. From the pier in Pattaya located in the South, to the island every half hour ferries, the ticket costs 30 baht(30 rubles). The island has several beaches, around 4-5, where you can soak up the sunshine and gentle sea. Also on the island you can rent bikes, deck chairs, boats and jet skis. There are many good cafes.
In the vicinity of Pattaya also has many other beautiful Islands: Koh Kood (this is the coconut lagoon, with tall palm trees and white sand ), Ko Chang (very beautiful place), Samet (here, the water really is azure and the sand is like the famous chocolate with coconut filling). Useful advice
