A simple recipe for sweet puff pastry: tabs with sugar

- 500 g puff unleavened dough;
-1 egg;
- 4 tbsp of sugar;
- flour;
- vegetable oil.

Leave the frozen puff pastry at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Flour table and roll out the test layers to a thickness of 5-7 mm. Cut them into equal rectangles or diamonds and place on a greased baking sheet at a distance of 2 cm from each other.

Preheat the oven to 180oC. Whisk the egg with a whisk and thoroughly over each piece of puff pastry with a cooking brush. Pierce them with a fork or toothpick in several places to avoid bulging during cooking, sprinkle with sugar and bake for 15 minutes until Golden brown.

Puffs with pear

- 500 g puff pastry yeast;
- 4 pears;
- 4 walnut trees.
-1/2 tsp cinnamon;
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar.

Peel the pears, cut lengthwise into two equal pieces of the same and carefully cut out the core. Incise each of them with the convex side to the middle of thickness. Cut thawed dough 8 squares, put them on half of the kernel of a walnut, cover with pears and press lightly. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and transfer it puffs. Bake them for 15-20 minutes at 200oC, then sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.

Puff pastry rolls with poppy seeds

- 500 g puff unleavened dough;
- 2 chicken egg yolk;
- 2 tbsp. poppy;
- 2 tbsp. sugar;
- 1/2 l of water for cooking + 100 ml of syrup.

Remove the dough from the freezer. Pour the poppy seeds in a fine-meshed sieve, rinse under running water, place in metal heatproof dish, cover with water and put on medium heat. Cook it, stirring, for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and allow about 10 minutes to infuse under the lid. Again drain it on a sieve, until all the liquid drain, then pour 1 tbsp. sugar in a deep dish and mix thoroughly.

Boil 100 ml of water in a small saucepan or skillet and completely dissolve it in the remaining sugar. Cut thawed dough into 2 rectangle and roll out thinly. Thickly spread each layer with the syrup, generously coat the poppy filling, roll into rolls and slice crosswise into 2-3 parts.

Lay sweet puff buns with poppy seeds to sprinkle with water a baking sheet and brush with egg yolk. Bake them for 20-30 minutes, until browned. Cool cakes before to shift to the dish.
