Recipe pickled gherkins

To prepare this snack you will need:
- 30.;
- 5 little umbrellas of dill;
- 8 peas allspice;
- 2 cm horseradish root;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar 9%.
For marinating, of course, it is best to use real pickles, but their absence you can use an ordinary cucumbers no longer than 5 cm.

Pickles, cover with cold water and leave for half an hour. After the allotted time, wash them and place in a pre-sterilized jar, alternating with pepper, purified horseradish root, garlic cloves and umbrellas dill. Pour a jar of boiling water, leave for 5 minutes and then drain it into a pan and bring to a boil. Add the boiling water, salt and sugar. In a jar with cucumbers, pour vinegar, and then cooked brine. Tighten the metal cap and wrap a warm cloth until cool. Store in the refrigerator or basement.

Spicy pickled gherkins

- 1 kg of cucumbers;
- 2 onions medium size;
- 2 pods of hot pepper;
4 umbrella of dill;
- 5 cloves of garlic;
- 100 ml of vinegar;
- 1 liter of water;
2 tbsp salt;
- 2 tbsp of sugar.

Wash the gherkins and add to clean jars, alternating with peeled garlic cloves, onion and umbrellas dill. Water bring to a boil, add the sugar, salt, vinegar and pepper pods acute. After a couple of minutes turn off the heat and pour over the cucumbers the pickle, cover, cans, metal lids and roll.
The marinade should not get to the edge of galyshka approximately 1 cm.

Gherkins in Hungarian

To marinate cucumbers you will need:
- 1 kg of cucumbers;
- 5-10 cloves of garlic;
- 3 fresh Bay leaves;
carrots of small size;
- 5 peas of black and fragrant pepper;
- 1 liter of water;
- 3 tbsp. spoon of salt;
- 5 tablespoons of sugar;
- 200 ml vinegar 3%.

The pickles soak in cold water for about half an hour and wash thoroughly. Peel the carrots and slice into circles with a width of 5 mm. At the bottom of the clean jars, put all the spices and carrots, put the gherkins tightly tamped them. Water bring to the boil, add the vinegar, sugar and salt, boil for a few minutes. Pour cooked marinade cucumbers, leave for 15 minutes and close the lid. Then carefully wrap and leave at room temperature to cool.
