You will need
  • - chicken liver - 500 grams;
  • - one zucchini;
  • - one onion;
  • - flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • - two cloves of garlic;
  • - butter - 1 spoon;
  • - thyme - 2 sprigs;
  • - pepper, salt.
Cut the liver in half. Mix flour with pepper and salt. Chicken liver roll in flour, shake excess.
