If you are going to go in Noginsk by car or bus, be sure to put in extra trip time, because of the Nizhny Novgorod area is considered one of the busiest. To Noginsk and can be reached by bus. For this you need to come to the bus station Izmailovo (metro Partizanskaya) and take the bus No. 382 or minibus taxi №322.
