Instruction
1
Before you start adjusting the engine idling, it must be warmed up to operating temperature from 60 up to 800oC, which should drive the vehicle for about 5-6 kilometers, otherwise the oil up to operating temperature will not heat. After that, you can begin the preparation of the carburetor.
2
If it has solenoid valve, check and it works, removing and re-putting in place the connector with the ignition on. Be sure to check that the nozzle wasn't clogged.
3
In addition, check to see if the valve was wrapped, the air valve to the limit is open, and in vacuum tube no vacuum. In conclusion, check and, if necessary, bring the throttle to the desired position. Start adjusting the idle speed with that screw out "quality" in 2-3 turns of extreme States. Screw the "number" should not be wrapped to failure.
4
Start and run the engine. After warming up, take a leak, and in the case when the engine begins to stall or operate at low speed, add the rpm with the screw quantity.
5
Install the momentum indicator at about 900 rpm and start adjusting the screw "quality" engine operation, ensuring its stable operation. The main goal is to establish the optimal mode of operation of the engine, wherein the fuel mixture contains the minimum amount WITH. After this adjustment the rpm of the engine should change. For reliability all of the above adjustment, repeat 2-3 times. It remains to be seen how effective were the adjustment.
6
Remove power from the solenoid or vacuum hose and if the engine stalls, it means that you did everything correctly. Look at the position of the return spring and the drive "gas". Then release the gas pedal and make sure that the throttle returns to its original position.
