You will need
    • Curry rice:
    • 1 tbsp. of rice;
    • 1 tbsp curry powder;
    • 1,5 cups of water;
    • salt to taste.
    • Curry rice with soy meat:
    • 1,5 glasses of rice;
    • 2 tbsp. curry;
    • 1-2 pieces of carrots;
    • vegetable oil;
    • 50 g of soy meat;
    • 3 tbsp. water;
    • salt to taste.
    • Chicken rice curry Thai:
    • 1 Bay leaf;
    • 4 pods of cardamom;
    • 1/4 tsp of turmeric;
    • 1 tsp. curry;
    • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger;
    • 2 cloves of garlic;
    • 1 shallot;
    • 300 g brown Jasmine rice;
    • 60 ml coconut milk;
    • 4 chicken Breasts without skin;
    • 1 cinnamon stick;
    • 3 tsp soy sauce;
    • 1 tsp miso paste;
    • 250 ml of water.
    • Curry rice with orange:
    • 1/2 Cup long-grain rice;
    • 1 Cup water;
    • 1 onions;
    • 1 orange;
    • 1 tbsp. butter;
    • 1/2 tsp curry powder;
    • ground black pepper;
    • salt.

Rice curry Rinse the rice and let it infuse in the water for 30-40 minutes. drain the Water and pour cereal 1.5 cups hot water, add a tablespoon of powder , curry and salt to taste. Put on the fire and cook like regular rice for 12 minutes on medium heat, then reduce heat, cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave to walk under cover in a warm place (received a side dish goes well with chicken, roast pork, fish, and also can be used as an ingredient for salads).
