You will need
- mustard powder;
- - hot water;
- - wool-cotton socks
- - a towel.
Prepare in advance everything you need to warm up "wet" method: the pelvis, boiling water, mustard powder, towel and warm woolen socks. Pour water into the container and dilute it cold, the temperature should be such that you will only be able to transfer your feet. Be careful not to pour boiling water, you can get burned. Add one tablespoon of mustard Topless in the water and mix gently.
Dip feet in a basin of water and sit 15-30 minutes (as you can). Top best to cover with a blanket, so you will sweat, and consequently to recover. As the cooling water add hot, otherwise the effect of the procedure weakened.
Remove feet from the basin and wipe them with a towel. Immediately put socks and lie down in bed. If you don't want warm feet in the water, then pour in the mustard wool socks (1-2 tsp). On feet wear thin cotton socks, and wool top, which poured mustard. Go with a compress for about 2-3 hours, and may a little longer, of course, if you are experiencing severe discomfort. This warming of the feet with mustard can be used even in the presence of temperature.
If you feel a strong burning sensation, immediately stop the procedure and wash your feet under running warm water. If irritation has already appeared, apply a nourishing cream on the skin.
To warm the children needed a smaller dose of mustard, about 1-2 tsp per 3-4 liters of water. The skin of babies is delicate and can be allergic reactions. Be careful!
