Click "start" to enter the main menu system and navigate to "control Panel".

Enter the value gpedit.msc in the search box.

Go to "computer Configuration" and select "Windows settings".

Enter the section "security Settings" and navigate to "Local policies".

Select "security Options" and call up the service menu by double-clicking on the "Accounts: limit local use of blank passwords to console logon only".

Disable the necessary option. If you want to automatically login without user intervention, perform the following steps.

Return to the main menu and go to "control Panel".

Open the icon "Network".

Select "Normal Windows logon in the Configuration tab of the application window.

Click No in the dialog box that appears with the proposal of restarting the computer.

Return to "control Panel" and open the icon "Passwords".

Click "Change Windows password" tab on the "Change password" of the application window.

Enter an existing real password in the "Old password" in the dialog "Change your Windows password".

Do not enter any values in the fields "New password"and "Confirm password".

Go to the Configuration tab of the application window.

Raise the flag on the field "All users work with a single global settings and desktop settings".

Then restart the computer.

Enter the existing user password in the appropriate field in the dialog box "Enter network password" in Windows boot process.

Raise the flag on the line "Save this password in your password list" and confirm your choice with OK.
On subsequent boots of the system will use auto-enrollment. The dialog box "Enter network password" will be canceled.

Note
Increase in network performance can be achieved by turning off unnecessary services in Windows NT Workstation: Computer Browser, Server, Alerter, Messenger, and Remote Access Autodial Manager.
