You will need
    • For the first recipe:
    • 2 bananas,
    • 100 g butter,
    • 1.5 cups of sugar,
    • 2 eggs,
    • 2 cups flour,
    • 2 tsp of baking powder.
    • For the second recipe:
    • 200 g of semolina,
    • 100 g sugar
    • 2 bananas,
    • 500 ml of kefir
    • 3h.l. baking powder.

Take 2 bananas. It is better to take ripe, even slightly overripe fruit. Peel them and mash with a mortar or with a fork until mushy state.

Melt in a water bath 100 g of butter. You can just put it to heat in advance to make it mild. Whisk softened butter with 1.5 cups sugar in a blender or with a mixer.

Add to this mix a mashed banana, again mix well. Whisking continuously mass, stir in two eggs.

Continue whisking and add 2 cups flour and 2 tsp of baking powder. The flour should be sifted. Mix the dough until, until it becomes homogeneous.

If you have a silicone mould, then just pour the batter in there. If other, then lubricate it with sunflower oil or cover with parchment paper.

Bake pie for 40 minutes with the oven temperature 180 degrees. Test the cake for readiness with a toothpick. If it comes out clean then it is baked.

When the banana cake is ready, decorate it with icing sugar or grate chocolate over the cakeom. Cake this recipe turns out very tasty and fragrant air.

If you have suddenly found eggs and flour, you can still bake a mouth-watering banana cake based on monkey.

Use a spoon to mix 200 g of semolina and 100 grams of sugar. Pour the resulting mixture of 500 ml of yogurt, stir the mixture with a mixer or blender. Add 3 tsp of baking powder and a pinch of vanilla. Whisk the batter again.

Peel 2 bananas and cut into slices.

Grease the form for baking.

Pour half of the batter into the form. Put it on top of your bananas, slightly recessed in the test. Pour on top the remaining dough. Place pie in pre-heated oven.

Bake pie in preheated oven at 180 degree temperature. Readiness check with a toothpick.

Carefully remove the finished banana cake from the oven and allow to podstate. Then gently turn the form and remove the pie. On top decorate it with slices of banana and mint sprig.
