You will need
    • long-grain rice (200 g);
    • green peas (150 g);
    • corn (150 g);
    • red sweet pepper (1 piece);
    • green or yellow sweet pepper (1 piece);
    • salt;
    • ham (250 g);
    • egg (2 pieces);
    • mayonnaise

Put on fire a pot of water. While it is boiling, thoroughly wash the rice under the tap in a colander or sieve. The water from the rice should drain completely transparent. Put the rice in a saucepan and pour boiling water above the level of rice on two fingers.
