You will need
- 900 gr. rice;
- 1 liter of water.
Rinse the rice with cold water 5-6 times to full transparency of water.
Using a sieve drain the water from rice.
Pour the rice water and place over a high heat until boiling.
Then cover pot, reduce heat to low and cook for another 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and leave the rice under the lid for another 15 minutes to absorb the remaining water.
When cooking rice, stir to avoid lumps.
The most famous varieties of rice with special adhesion: Nishiki, basmati, and our Krasnodar round rice.
