Restart the computer by pressing the Reset button. After you see a menu of boot options press F8. Move the cursor to the field "Windows Safe mode". Press Enter to execute the specified operating system.

Locate and delete the files specified in the error text. Remember that if we are talking about system files, removing them can lead to the complete damage of the OS.
