Make high quality color copy of the original document. Use the maximum resolution possible for your scanner. It is best to not scan the entire document, but only the station with the print by selecting its border in the scan settings, this will reduce the size of the document and simplify the work with him.

If the image quality satisfies you, cut out the fragment with a stamp in Photoshop using the crop tool (Crop Tool). Then, using the rubber Stamp tool (Clone Stamp Tools), clear the background print the text of the document. This is the most complex operation, the quality of its implementation will depend on the final result. You should have a clear picture printed in high resolution.
