Lapshevnik with cottage cheese.

In boiling salted water, pour noodles. Boil it until soft. Drain in a colander. Mix in a bowl the cheese, sugar, eggs. Out of the colander pour into a bowl of noodles. Stir. A saucepan or small deep baking tray grease with butter and sprinkle ground crackers. Spoon the mixture and brush the top with sour cream. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Lapshevnik with meat.

Cook small pasta or noodles. Boiled the flesh of beef or pork from the broth mince. Carrots grate, chop onion. Make zazharku of onions and carrots. Mix the vegetables with the stuffing. Add the broth. In the pasta, add raw egg, mix well.
Grease the pan with oil. Put half of the pasta and flatten. On top lay evenly stuffing. Close the meat with the remaining macaroni. Brush the top with sour cream and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Lapshevnik with the liver.

Cook small pasta in salted water until tender. Mix with a raw egg. Onions finely chop and fry. Liver clear from the films, cut into pieces and add to the onions. Fry for 3 minutes. Mince the liver with onions, or make the stuffing in a blender. In a deep baking pan, place a layer of macaroni, layer of liver forcemeat, a layer of pasta. Mix sour cream with tomato paste or ketchup. Pour lapshevnik and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
