You will need
- 1 kg of pork ribs
- 3 large onions,
- 1 Cup natural yoghurt (you can substitute cream),
- vegetable oil,
- spices for meat,
- 1 Cup of dry red wine.
Take pork ribs, washed and cut into portions. Add salt, pepper and spices for meat (oregano, Basil, thyme - optional).
