You will need
    • 200 g peanuts;
    • 1 tbsp of powdered sugar;
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil;
    • a pinch of salt;
    • blender.
Take 200 grams of peanuts, sprinkle it on dry heated pan. Evenly roast the peanuts on all sides. Continuously stir the peanuts to prevent it from burning.
Let the roasted peanuts cool slightly at room temperature. Clean the nuts from the husk by rubbing a small amount into palms. Pour the prepared core into the blender.
Grind peanuts to fine crumbs in a blender. At the end of the process, you may receive a small amount of peanut butter.
To prepare peanut paste, add to the peanut crumbs a tablespoon of powdered sugar, three tablespoons of any vegetable oil and a pinch of salt. Perfect if you will add in pasta , peanut butter, then taste the finished product will be more rich, but will fit perfectly and sunflower.
Again turn on the blender, this time, use the immersion model. Whisk the ingredients until then, until you get a homogeneous paste-like consistency.
Put the finished peanut paste in a glass jar with a plastic airtight lid. Store in fridge door or on a shelf with a maximum temperature.
When you select from pasta, natural peanut butter, flip the jar upside down to accumulate at the bottom. After you eat all the pasta, put the oil and use it for cooking one serving of the nutritional product.
