How to change passport after marriage

After marriage you are required, within 30 days, appeal to the Federal migration service of the Russian Federation or in the passporttion Desk of the housing Department, if the officer authorized to issue the passport of the Russian Federation. You will replace the passportand the citizen of the Russian Federation and will contribute new data in the main document proving the identity.

To replace a passportand after marriage you'll need to fill in the blank statements in the presence of an authorized officer of FMS or passporttion of the table, to show the old identity document, 4 photos size 3,5x4,5 cm, a receipt of payment of state duty in the amount of 200 rubles, a certificate of registration of marriage and its photocopy.

Within 10 days from the date of treatment you replace the passport and issue a new document with the changed data.

If you changed the place of residence or apply for a change of the document is not the place of permanent registration, the terms of the replacement passportand may be significantly delayed.
