Ingredients (for two portions):

  • Clove - 5 buds;
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp;
  • Red wine - 1 tbsp;
  • Orange - 1 piece;
  • Fresh coffee - 1 tbsp;
  • Cinnamon - half one stick.

Preparation:

  1. To begin to boil coffee. Elected by any usual method, for example, a "standard" cooking in coffee pot.
  2. Take a small saucepan. Pour 200 ml of wine (suitable only red variety, preferably of impeccable quality), as well as prepared coffee in the same amount.
  3. Add both spices.
  4. Carefully washed orange. Cut into slices without removing the skin.
  5. Send citrus to the saucepan with the remaining ingredients. Put the pot over low fire.

  7. Warmed glasses. Mulled wine is usually served in Irish Cup (the name given to the shaped glass on a short stalk, its salient features is the presence of the Assembly – "skirt" and a convenient handle).
  8. Ready to drink filtered through a fine sieve. Pour into wine glasses, then decorate with orange / lemon slice.
