You will need
  • - fresh potatoes - 3-4 PCs. medium size (about 400 g);
  • - herring fillets salted - 100 g;
  • - onion, medium head - 1 PC.;
  • - sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp;
  • - herbs (parsley, dill) – 1-2 beam;
  • - beet juice fresh - 150 ml (you will need 1 medium beet).
Instruction
1
The tubers of the potato boil in "uniform" until cooked (the softer, the better). Let cool and peel off the skins. The cooled tubers mash with a fork or RUB on a small grater.
2
Herring fillet cut into small slices. Onion peel, wash over with boiling water to muffle the "flavor" and chop as fine as possible. If you don't like the sharp taste of onion, pour boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
3
Take your palm with a small portion of mashed potatoes, make a cake. Put a few slices of herring and some onions. Close up and give a ball shape with cone (should resemble a large strawberry in both form and size). At the end of the process you should have about 20 pieces of "berries".
4
Fresh beets, peel them and squeeze out the juice in the juicer. If it is not in the household, grate the beets on a fine grater and squeeze the juice through cheesecloth. Potato balls-berries gently dipped in beet juice so that they are evenly stained.
5
Put "strawberry" on a flat wide dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds, garnish with parsley leaves and dill.
